Delivery is free within the UK.
International orders get free delivery with £30+ orders.
All artwork including framed prints are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Artwork with a floating frame (Framed canvas and paintings) will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the artwork is dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following:
United Kingdom: 1-2 working days.
Europe: 2-5 working days.
United States: 2-5 working days.
Rest Of World: 5-10 working days.

All artwork will be packaged with care and shipped in a custom-made box/hard envelope.
Unframed Artwork will be posted by Royal Mail with proof of postage.
All Larger poster formats and framed prints will be shipped by tracked courier (eg. UPS/TNT/DHL).
We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Simply let us know by email with the order number and we will arrange a replacement.
We do sometimes request a photo of the damage by email so that we can follow it up with the courier/postal company.

Yes, we insure all deliveries so if for any reason you receive the artwork damaged or if it was lost you get a replacement straight away.
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Simply contact us here letting us know your Order Number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address for our UK Studio. The products will need to be returned in the original packaging, and once received back you will receive a refund for your order back to your original payment method.
Please note the return postage cost is to be paid by the customer.

We offer 30 day returns, which means you can return an item to us within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

If the product is damaged we will send you an exact replacement product. We cannot send you a different product as a replacement.
