We offer free worldwide delivery.
We use DPD Local for all UK orders. You'll receive tracking details with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery by text and email.

Order before 1pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day and will arrive the following day. Please note any orders placed on bank or public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Saturday Delivery From £19.99
Worldwide
Delivery is free for international orders outside of the UK. Customs, taxes and duties are included for international orders.

When Will I Receive It?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the artwork is dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following timeframes:
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery: 2-4 Working Days
Next Day Delivery: 1 working day. Order by 1pm
Same-Day collection: Same working day. Ready for collection within 2-3 hours.
Northern Ireland: within 2 working days.
International
Ireland: within 2 working days.
Europe: within 3 working days.
United States: within 3 working days.
Rest Of World: 5 working days
Have a preferred delivery date in mind?
If you would like your order delivered on a specific date, then simply add a note to your order.
Please note, we try to deliver all orders as per the timescale above but sometimes events outside of our control could delay your order as we rely on our delivery partners to be on time. If you need your order urgently then please let us know.
Next Day Delivery
UK Only
We offer a next working day delivery when you order by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day and will arrive the following day. Please note any orders placed on bank or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Free Nominated Delivery Date
If you would like to receive your order on a specific date that suits you then please select the option at checkout and either add a note with your order. Or, simply email us the date that you would like and we can arrange it for you free of charge.
Please note the delivery date must be at least 2-3 days in advance.
If you would like to upgrade to our premium next working day delivery or Saturday then please select the required option at checkout.
Sunday delivery is not currently available.

Same-Day Delivery
Need it faster? We have now introduced a Same-Day Delivery option to selected postcodes.
Please contact us to request same day delivery. Subject to availability and location.
London Within M25 Service. If you are based outside of this area then please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
Please note this option is available Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on bank or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Click & Collect - Free Local Pickup
You can also collect your order same-day for free from our Isleworth, West London Showroom.
Our showroom is open weekdays before 3pm.
Simply choose Click & Collect at checkout and order by 1pm for collection same-day. Please note orders placed on the weekend, bank or public holidays will be available to collect on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges
We are sure it is going to be love at first sight, but if for any reason it doesn't work out, you can return your order for a full refund. Simply return your order to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note personalised and custom orders are non-refundable.
Returns are free if you drop your order at our Isleworth, London warehouse. Or, you can return it using a courier of your choice. We recommend you choose a tracked/insured service.
How can I cancel an order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you receive the artwork.
If you would like to cancel the order before the item has been dispatched from our production house, simply, email us on support@abstracthouse.com or call us on 020 8099 9243 with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.
I ordered an item on sale. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you return the items within 30 days of receiving them in a resalable condition, you will receive a full refund. Please note any shipping costs are non-refundable.
The item I received was damaged
We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Simply let us know by emailing support@abstracthouse.com or by phone on +44(0)208 0999 243 with your order number and we will arrange a replacement.
Please notify us of any damage within 48 hours so we can arrange for a free replacement.
How do I return an artwork?
We offer 30 day returns, which means you can return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
Just email us at returns@abstracthouse.com with the order number.
Once we have received the item back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note you would bear the cost of the return if you choose to return your order using a third party courier.
All returned items must arrive in a re-saleable condition.
Can I get a full refund?
Yes, as part of our promise for quality and satisfaction guarantee, we offer full refunds on any product that is returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receiving it.*
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving the product.
* Please note: Gift cards, custom & bespoke orders and personalised orders are not refundable. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to find a solution for you.

Our Frames
Our signature wooden frames are made by hand using solid wood and glass, nothing else - Just how they should be.
We don't use plastic/plexiglass like most other retailers. We use real glass instead to give your posters a premium look and feel.
You can also upgrade to Non-reflective ArtGlass. Get in touch to enquire.
Our mountboard is made sustainably in the lake district with a beautiful textured surface.
We offer a large range of frame sizes and colours.

Giclee Prints
Our Giclee prints available on two surfaces, matt paper and canvas.
Matt Paper Prints
The prints are produced on premium 230gsm paper using ink pigments to create true colour artwork.
The prints are all framed in our signature frames in your choice of frame colour.
Every artwork arrives framed and ready to hang. The frames are strung on the back and sealed with tape to prevent dust and are hand-finished to perfection.
Canvas Prints
Our 430gsm canvas gives our prints a truly authentic look and feel.
Your new canvas will arrive framed in a wooden floating frame in your choice of colour.
The artwork will be ready to hang, and strung on the back for easy hanging.
Paintings
Our original paintings are one-of-a-kind and hand-painted by our bestselling artist Omar Obaid, our founder. Each painting offers a unique expression, and ou beautiful collection of original oil paintings are full of texture and movement, so you will be sure to find your masterpiece. Each piece comes signed on the back with an accompanying Certificate Of Authenticity.
Framed Artwork
Our entire range of artwork is delivered to your door framed and ready to hang on your wall. Strung on the back with cord and a complementary nail is included for easy hanging.

Our unique collection of artwork is exclusive to Abstract House.
We design and produce all of our artwork in-house, crafted by our team of talented artisans.

Framed Artwork & Picture Frames
Wipe the glass surface with a lightly damp cloth. Avoid spraying water or chemicals.

No only are our products sustainable, but our packaging is too. Every piece comes packaged in our sturdy 100% plastic free packaging including recyclable paper & cardboard. So you can simply unwrap your new artwork or frames, and place all your packaging in your recycling, making it easy for you to contribute to a circular economy and regeneration without waste or any packaging going to landfill.

Will my artwork be insured?
Yes, all orders are shipped using tracked and fully insured service.
How can I place an order?
Placing An Order Online:
You can order online by simply adding your choice of product to basket.
When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout process using Paypal or credit/debit card.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted including American Express.
Order By Phone:
You can call us on (UK 020 8099 9243 - International +44 (0) 20 8099 9243) and one of our team members can process the order for you over the phone.
Order by email:
You can simply send us an email with the artwork you would like to purchase and we can send you the order details accordingly.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, all major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, we accept payments through Paypal. Simply choose the Paypal option at Checkout.
Paying With Klarna
