Delivery is free within the UK.
We use Parcelforce/ DHL for all framed artwork, paintings, and canvas art. You will be notified of a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery by text and email.
Print only orders are shipped using Royal Mail/Parcelforce depending on the size. Smaller artwork is packed securly in an envelope. Large artwork is packed in a tube/box.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the artwork is dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following time frames:
United Kingdom Standard Delivery: within 3 working days.
United Kingdom Next Day Delivery: 1 working day.
Northern Ireland: within 5 working days.
Ireland: within 7 working days.
Europe: within 7 working days.
United States: within 7 working days.
Rest Of World: 7-10 working days.
This service is available in the UK only.
Order before 12pm and select the next day delivery option at checkout.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
All artwork will be packaged with care and shipped in a custom-made box/hard envelope.
Unframed Artwork will be posted by Royal Mail with a tracked service.
All Larger artworks and framed prints will be shipped by tracked courier - Parcelforce or DHL depending on destination.

Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund. Simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you receive the artwork.
If you would like to cancel the order before the item has been dispatched from our studio, simply, email us on email@example.com or call us on 020 8099 9243 with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Simply let us know by email or phone with the order number and we will arrange a replacement.
We offer 30 day returns, which means you can return your order if you notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
You then have 14 days to send the artwork back.
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number.
Once we have received the item back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. (You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods)
All returned items must be in a saleable condition.
