Delivery & Returns

FREE UK Delivery

Enjoy free delivery in the UK. International orders receive free delivery when you spend £30 or more.

All artwork will be shipped insured, so you can rest assured you are guaranteed to receive the highest quality prints. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Europe: 4-7 working days

14 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply contact us here letting us know your Order Number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address for our UK Studio. The products will need to be returned in the original packaging, and once received you will receive a refund for your order back to your original payment method.

Please note the return postage cost is to be paid by the customer.

All artwork will be packaged with care and shipped in a custom-made box/hard envelope.

Unframed Artwork will be posted by Royal Mail with proof of postage.

All Larger poster formats and framed prints will be shipped by tracked courier (eg. UPS/TNT/DHL).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are between 1-7 working days depending on the product and your location.

Your prints will reach you within 1-7 business days depending on your location.

How will my product arrive?

All artwork will be packaged with care and shipped in a custom-made box/hard envelope.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How Can I Place An Order?

You can order online by simply adding your choice of product to basket.

When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout process using Paypal or credit/debit card.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

How Can I Cancel An Order?

Simply, email us on info@abstracthouse.com with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

If a product has already been dispatched, we will ask you to follow our free Returns process and return the item in its original packaging using our pre-paid postage label once received.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Can I pay with Paypal?

Yes, we accept payments through Paypal.

How can I collaborate with Abstract House?

Please send an email to info@abstracthouse.com with information about your collaboration request and some images of your products if possible.

We love collaborating with other makers so we will get in touch If it sounds like a good fit.

Can I get a full refund?

Yes, as part of our promise for quality and satisfaction guarantee, we offer full refunds on returned products in their original condition.

The item I received was damaged.

We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Simply let us know by email with the order number and we will arrange a replacement.

We do sometimes request a photo of the damage by email so that we can follow it up with the courier/postal company.

How Do I Return An Item?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us.

We offer 14 day returns, which means you can return an item to us within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Just email us at returns@abstracthouse.com with the order number and the item you would like to return.

Once we have received the item back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. (returns postage to be paid by the customer)

If the product is damaged we will send you an exact replacement product. We cannot send you a different product as a replacement.

All individual items must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original packaging intact.
