How will my artwork arrive?

All artwork will be packaged with care and shipped in a custom-made box/hard envelope. 

Unframed Artwork will be posted by Royal Mail in a hard-back envelope or tube depending on size.

Original paintings, canvas prints and framed prints will be shipped by one of our trusted couriers.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email and a text message with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How can I place an order?

You can order online by simply adding your choice of art to basket. 

When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout process using Paypal or credit/debit card. 

All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

The art I received was damaged

We are sorry to hear the artwork you received was damaged. Simply let us know by email with the order number and we will arrange a replacement. 

We do sometimes request a photo of the damage by email so that we can follow it up with the courier/postal company.

How do I return an artwork?

We offer 30-day returns, which means you can return an artwork to us within 30 calendar days of receiving it. 

Simply email us at with the order number or fill in the form below.

Once we have received the artwork back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

How can I cancel an order?

Simply, email us on with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund. 

If the artwork has already been dispatched, we will ask you to follow our returns process and return the item in its original packaging.
