Klarna is a payment solutions provider based in Stockholm, Sweden who will process your payments automatically, allowing you to seamlessly split the payment for your order in three equal instalments.

WHO CAN USE KLARNA?
Klarna is available to all customers residing in the United Kingdom since we are a company registered in England.
HOW DOES KLARNA WORK?
As soon as you confirm your order with Abstract House, Klarna will automatically take the first instalment from your debit or credit card, and subsequently 30 days with the final instalment 60 days later.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
If you choose to pay by Klarna, as soon as you confirm your order and receive your Order Confirmation Email from Abstract House, we will process your order and ship it to you within our standard 1-2 working days. Please contact us directly regarding any enquiries about your order.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
When applying for Klarna, please ensure you enter your full name and address, and ship your order to your registered billing address to maximise your chances of being accepted by Klarna to Pay In 3 instalments.
WILL KLARNA PERFORM A CREDIT SEARCH?
Klarna will sometimes perform a soft credit search, one that does not affect your credit rating.
CAN I RETURN AN ARTWORK?
Yes, at Abstract House we offer a 30 days return policy which means if the artwork doesn't fit, you can return the artwork within 30 calendar days of receipt. You can simply follow our returns procedure or contact email@example.com and we will be able to assist you with the process. Once the artwork is returned back to Abstract House, you will receive an email confirmation from Abstract House and we will cancel your order through Klarna and a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by simply emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting your Order Number. We will be able to cancel the order and issue a refund prior to shipping.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will ask you to follow our Returns Procedure. A refund will then be issued once the artwork is returned back to Abstract House.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Abstract House. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
