Soft blue and rich teal tones meet expressive forms in this refined, contemporary composition. Timeless is shaped through layered forms and expressive mark-making, giving the botanical composition a clear sense of structure and movement. Leaf-like shapes and flowing contours give the composition movement while keeping the overall arrangement elegant and controlled. As an original painting, it feels polished and considered while keeping the artwork itself firmly at the centre.
Echoing the organic silhouettes, movement and imperfect beauty found in nature, the palette is built around blue and navy tones, supported by quieter secondary colours that bring variation to the composition. Subtle shifts between the dominant and supporting tones keep the surface visually varied without disturbing the overall balance. These cooler tones create a composed, restful mood without flattening the energy of the artwork.
