How soon can I get my frame?
Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days.
We offer next-day and Saturday delivery options at checkout.
We also offer free same-day click & collect or upgrade to our same-day delivery service.
What is the return policy?
We hope you love the artwork but if for any reason it doesn't work well with your space then you have 30 days to return the artwork for a full refund.
You can return it for free to our studio or you can ship it back to us but you would have to bare the costs of returning the artwork.
Large item? No problem, we can arrange a collection from your house. Please contact us for details and fees.
I want to exchange my frame, is it free?
Would you like to exchange the frame for a different size or colour? No problem, we can arrange for a free exchange.
Depending on the size of the frame, we can either arrange for a free collection or free store drop-off.
If you would like to exchange the frame then please let us know here.
Is it real glass?
If you are looking for premium quality materials and outstanding finish then Abstract House is for you.
We use real glass with our frames and we don't use any plastic in our products for that extra touch of luxury while protecting the environment.
Is the mount included?
Yes, the frame will be delivered to your door as pictured. So if it is showing a white border in the photo then the mount will be included.
For example, a 50x70cm frame with the option to fit 40x60cm print means the mount will be included.
