The spectacular Edwardian building was purchased in 2022 for over £50 million. Originally built in 1908 and designed by Paul Hoffman, the property developers planned to redevelop the building into a luxury apartment block comprising of 45 apartments and 2 penthouses. With amenities such as a Peleton Gym, Royal Kensington & Chelsea parking permits and a short stride to Harrods, this development is one not to be missed.
