View delivery policySoft blue and warm orange tones meet expressive brushwork in this timeless, understated abstract composition. Colour Block 39 is shaped through expressive brushwork and layered marks, giving the abstract composition a clear sense of structure and movement. Overlapping fields, gestural marks and quieter areas of space create depth without fixing the composition to a literal subject. As a limited-edition art print, it feels polished and considered while keeping the artwork itself firmly at the centre.
The visual language takes cues from colour, movement and the spontaneous language of contemporary abstraction. Blue, orange and yellow tones anchor the palette, with secondary notes adding nuance and depth rather than competing for attention. The secondary colours are used sparingly, adding depth and contrast while allowing the main palette to remain clearly defined. These cooler tones create a composed, restful mood without flattening the energy of the artwork.
